There is no elevator from the hotel entrance to the lobby, large boxes cannot be moved, and there is no hotel customer service to help!

Ett trevligt hotell, med trevlig personal, och bara ett par minuters gångväg till centrum. Rummen vi fick var ganska små. Dubbelsängen var lite väl smal. Men det funkade och det var fräscht och städat.
Frukosten var jättebra. Lite bättre än standard.

Large rooms that show some age but were very clean and quite comfortable. Location was quiet with restaurant options within walking distance. Area around the hotel was very pleasant, safe, and quiet. Service was good. Sauna facilities were very nice.

I was absolutely shocked by the reception from the staff at this hotel. I had booked one room on line and wasn’t able to book another. I called and they said that they had one room available. I asked and was assured that the room would be available for my companion. It was but at more than double the price of the first room. We asked for a discount but were brushed aside. I asked if there was water in the room and I was told “we drink the tap water here “. When I asked for a drink he said “I will put it on your room!😡 I went to the room, it was a suite. Old and musty smelling. It had a huge tub so I decided to take a soaking bath as I have been traveling for 2 months, I filled the tub and got in and I heard dripping water. I finally glanced around and saw that it was flooding. I quickly got out of the tub and tried to get the water up. At checkout in the morning “ring bell for service “ how many? Wait how long? I could NEVER recommend this hotel. Unless you want to pay top dollar for an inferior hotel suite yourself! Bobby Eaton

Spent a week there. Wifi was down all week, which was terrible for me who had planned to work online in evenings - this brings down my rating a lot.
It is an old building - I did see 2 silverfishes in my room (one in shower and one in bedroom, both on the floor) - a good idea to hold your luggage in such a manner you dont bring them with you home.
Otherwise very good - friendly serviceminded staff, interesting property nicely furnitured in old style, very good breakfast, nice free afternoon coffe/tea, central location but still calm and quiet.
